Simulator Requirements
We do not require a specific make, model, or technology platform but rather focus on ensuring a consistent experience across all Neighborhood National clubs. We focus on appeal for all golfers. To do so we ensure appeal for the serious golfer. To become a Neighborhood National club a simulator needs to provide accurate distances, a simulated environment experience, and consistentl highly accurate shot shape simulation for all clubs. We consult with owners in combination with our familiarity and for perspective, generally expect retail pricing to start at ~$15K.

Host a club and get your own high-end sim that pays for itself, to use as much as you want, with no hassle. Avoid heavy lifting with our turnkey support. We can do anything from helping to source, install, and coordinating insurance. To marketing, vetting applicants (with a background check) and coordinating onboarding. To managing tee times, dues collection, and running the games, tournaments, and leagues your members will be able to take part in across all of our clubs. Mitigate risk with a small member base that live nearby. We don't offer pay to play, so access is limited to those you're familiar with and the small golf community we create will actually help serve as extra eyes and ears for your club.
